We have real time availability on our website and all online bookings receive instant confirmation. After you book online, you will receive instant confirmation. When booking a Private Transfer you will receive a secondary confirmation email with your drivers direct phone number for the day at least 24 hours prior to travel. When you book a Shuttle Service, as you will be asked to enter the desired time you wish to reach your destination we will SMS you no later than 24 hours before with your pickup time, and SMS your driver details 1 hour prior to pickup.

When you book online we will both email and SMS you with clear instructions of our meeting points at the Airport or Cruise Terminal you have booked a pickup from. Please ensure your mobile number is correct (and turn it on after you land off your flight) on bookings, as we will also SMS you your driver details so you can contact them direct if you have problems locating them!

We provide both forward and rear facing child/baby seats for children up to 7 years old. When booking, please select the required seats and specify your child ages.

If you need to cancel your booking you can cancel outside of 4 hours and receive a full refund. If you cancel within 4 hours we apply the full charge. We do not charge extra for delayed flight arrivals.

Airport Pickups are a bit expensive as in order to park and meet you off your flight the Airports charge us a parking entry fee (Approx $7). We also have an out of hours surcharge for early morning/late evening pickups which is calculated in the quoted price if applicable to your journey.
